1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using People's Power Assembly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

- One person may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. Content & Intellectual Property
- Legislative data, bills, and public session records are presented as public information.
- Content you submit (messages, feedback, reports) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
- You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes without permission.
- The platform design, branding, and proprietary features are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all legislative information is complete or up to date.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- We are not responsible for the actions or responses of elected representatives contacted through the platform.
6. Termination
- You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, but certain data may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
